Returns + Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the day of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with original labels/tags still attached. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for costs of returns.

Please allow 14-21 business days from the time you mail your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been received.

Items on sale, items purchased with a coupon code, and for hygienic reasons, all Accessories and Body Care are FINAL SALE.

Shipping + Handling

Confirmed orders will be processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped out the following Monday. Expected delivery can be up to two weeks depending on your preferred shipping method and nationally recognized holidays.
